Stage 1: Connect To Calm

Simple day-to-day living causes stress.  Wouldn’t it be great to be able to feel calm when challenged by a situation or a person?  Calm people are happier people, have fewer health issues, and able to think more clearly.  This workshop will Introduce you to simple calming techniques that you can use at any time of the day, particularly when you notice your stress levels beginning to rise, or when you are facing a difficult situation.  You will also learn how to maintain a calmer state for better health and      wellbeing.

  • Issues that can be addressed using EFT
  • Energy and the meridian system
  • Energy Therapies
  • EFT – a new concept:
  • History of EFT
  • Learning the techniques
  • long version and short-cut version
  • Practical sessions on using EFT for: Physical pain, Constricted or shallow breathing, Food craving, Phobia or past event;

Stage 2: Connect to Wellbeing

Connecting with your life’s experiences is an important starting point in any healing work.  People who wish to move on in life, or who wish to set goals and achieve them must first make friends with their difficult life’s experiences.  This is not easy for most people.  In this workshop you will learn techniques for facing and feeling comfortable with your difficult past.  You will also learn how to assist others in this workshop.  To register for this workshop it is necessary to have completed the Connect to Calm workshop.

Stage 3: Connect to Success

Learn the art of connecting to happiness, success and personal freedom in your life.  This workshop is focused on you being your best.  You will hear about the Law of Attraction and you will learn about the blocks and limiting beliefs that are getting in the way of you setting and achieving your goals.  This workshop will build on your courage in developing greater confidence.
